There is to be a Coaching Association Evening on Wednesday 15th July 2009 at Colwyn Bay Rugby Club between 6pm and 8pm.

This is being led by Clive Griffiths as a follow up to the session led by him on 1st April 2009 on defence. There is no pre requisite to have attended that session.

The topic for this session will be “Defence from Scrum and Lineout”.

This will be an excellent opportunity to learn from a Coach who’s CV includes Wales and Great Britain Rugby League, Worcester Warriors and Wales as Defensive Coach ( including Wales 2005 grand slam ) and I would encourage as many as possible to attend.

There will be an indoor presentation and outdoor practical utilising the North Wales Under 16 and Under 18 squads. Appropriate outdoor weather clothing will therefore be necessary.
